How to solve them on paper

Draw one unbroken railway from A to B. The number beside each row and column says how many squares in it hold track, and the grey squares start with a piece already placed. Pencil in the squares you know, cross out the empty ones, and the rest follows. If you're new, the beginner's guide explains the first steps and the step-by-step guide covers the deductions.
