These terms cover the Train Tracks Puzzle website (traintrackspuzzle.com) and the Train Tracks iPhone and iPad app. By using either you agree to them.

Using the game

Train Tracks is free to play for personal, non-commercial use. Don't try to break the service, scrape it at scale, or submit results you didn't earn to the leaderboard. We may remove results or names that look fake or offensive.

Our content

The app, site, artwork, guides and code are ours and protected by copyright. You're welcome to share links and screenshots of the game, and your own results. Puzzle layouts are generated at random.

No guarantees

The game is provided as is, with no promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.

Third parties

The iPhone app is distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's standard terms apply to your download. The site uses Google Analytics, described in the privacy policy.
